Resiliency Coaching

Resiliency Coaching is a personalized program to aid you in developing skills and practices that foster your body's innate ability to heal and promote an overall sense of wellbeing. Various skills can be cultivated including qigong, mindfulness, sitting/standing meditation, visualization, breathwork, and more. The skills used are tailored to each client's individual goals and needs.

What is coaching like?

Resiliency Coaching sessions can be conducted in-person or virtually. An initial coaching series is generally 6 sessions, but can be tailored to individual need. The first phase of coaching includes exploration of client needs and goals. The second phase is skill development and troubleshooting. The final phase is integrating the skills into daily life and establishing ongoing maintenance rituals.

Sure! In a Meditation Session, you can learn about various meditation practices and try them out with guidance or support. Some of the styles offered are visualization, mindfulness, moving meditations, standing meditations, breathwork, meditations with a partner, and more.

Follow-up Sessions - 50 minutes - $125

6 Coaching Session Series - $700
